Ben Bleed gets an A the dealership gets a D Ben Bleed was beyond helpful in every way. The dealership however (finance manager, floor manager, general manager) came off unwelcoming and condescen Ben Bleed was beyond helpful in every way. The dealership however (finance manager, floor manager, general manager) came off unwelcoming and condescending. The owner of the dealership should know that the "little guys" on the floor go above and beyond, but the "higher ups" need a stern lesson in social skills and general accountability. Great experience My wife and I were searching for a used Toyota Camry and noticed that there were several to choose from at Toyota in loves park. Ben, a salesman from My wife and I were searching for a used Toyota Camry and noticed that there were several to choose from at Toyota in loves park. Ben, a salesman from Lexus, came over to us and was very helpful. He spent almost two hours helping us find the 06 Camry that we ended up purchasing. He was very patient and made the experience a breeze. The general manager at Lexus, whom I can't remember his name was very pleasant also. Thank you Ben, gm, and the rest of the staff for keeping old school values in a world that shows very little these days. Keep it up! More

Matt worked with us to give us a deal that we were comfortable with. Ben took it from there and provided great customer service. When we were on the fence about which car to go with, they let us take our future car for the afternoon, just to get a feel for it. Again, this was a great experience. I would recommend Lexus of Rockford in the future. More

Customer Oriented Dealership I have never been a huge fan of car dealerships. Ben Bleed certainly changed that for me. There was no pressure. I stopped by to look at the 2013 Chry I have never been a huge fan of car dealerships. Ben Bleed certainly changed that for me. There was no pressure. I stopped by to look at the 2013 Chrysler 200 that caught my eye. He guided me effortlessly through the buying experience, which led to me taking home that beautiful car the same day. Ben made me feel like every customer matters to him, which is why I would do business with him again in a heartbeat. High recommendation.I also cannot say enough good things about Ken Norwood in finance. Terrific and friendly guy, helping me to understand all the ins and outs of car buying. Great experience. More

When we drove into Anderson Toyota/Lexus Ben Bleed met us and directed us to a spotless 2003 Camry that we ultimately bought after he listened to our needs. He was great in helping us think through the process and in getting the car to our mechanic for a second opinion. Thanks for his help and responsiveness in making this a relatively pain-free process and a car we are both still thrilled with. More

Great Experience!! Our first Lexus was a RX 350, which we bought last year from Ben Bleed at Lexus of Rockford. I actually went up there with my grand mother to have he Our first Lexus was a RX 350, which we bought last year from Ben Bleed at Lexus of Rockford. I actually went up there with my grand mother to have her car serviced and while I was there, Ben introduced himself to us and we began talking about the RX. I really liked it, but wanted my husbands opinion, so my husband went up there to look at it as well. We ended up buying the car and have loved it ever since - that was last August. We recently stopped by to look at the GX, as the RX has become a little small for our family. We actually ended up buying my husband a LS and myself the GX. The guys at Lexus of Rockford were amazing! My and my husbands schedules are all over the place, so we needed some "special attention," which we definitely received from Ben! We have never received the type of customer service anywhere else. He came in on his days off to help us out and has kept in contact, after the sale, to ensure our happiness with our new cars! We will definitely continue buying from Ben Bleed and Lexus of Rockford!! More

We found Dave, Ben, and Ken very professional in all areas. Our salesperson, Ben Bleed, went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating of our needs. We are not from Rockford and shopped around Northern Illinois finding the best deal for our money here. We are extremely happy with our first RX 350! Several of our friends loved this car are looking for SUV's; we have recommended this dealership and Ben Bleed. It is understandable why Lexus of Rockford received the 2015 Consumer Satisfaction Award - we definitely agree! More

I decided to look at Lexus options and saw a much better value for my money. The whole buying process was seamless and enjoyable. Ben was great to work with. Probably the best expierence I've had with any dealership. I was impressed that his manager, Matt, took such a vested interest in making sure I was happy. They both went above and beyond. Another sales rep, Steve, even spent his time with us when Ben was unavailable. Dan in finance was great to work with as well. I highly recommend Anderson Lexus. Great car, great experience! More
