Chris Beto had kept our contact info and my wife's car interests on file. When a newer GS came in one Saturday in March he remembered us and made a call. My wife stopped by that afternoon and fell in love with the car - perfect fit for her. Chris made the entire sales process effortless. Not only that but he went above and beyond in addressing and fixing a few of our concerns with the new car. He even dropped the car off at our house and helped us reprogram the garage door opener to new new car (not a simple operation - required climbing ladders to reprogram main unit). In 40 years of buying cars I have never had anyone show such dedication to me as a customer! Ben in finance again made a quick easy work of whole process including researching the bet rates for us - much better than our bank offered. More

Excellent Service We've dealt with Lexus of Rockford since 2000 when we bought our first Lexus, RX300, which still runs great. Ben Bleed was our salesman and was very helpful in explaining all the accessories on the car. We have dealt with Jeff Ahlquist since 2000 and appreciate the great service we have received from him and the whole service department. Brian Nelson is a great asset to the company and did a good job in driving our 2000 Lexus to our house when it was in for an overnight repair. We will continue to buy our cars from this dealership and will tell all our friends who are in the market for a car to go here. More

He was able to help me narrow down what I wanted, answered every question I had and able to accommodate my "wishlist" perfectly. They had to bring in a vehicle from another town, but had it all cleaned up and ready to go in just a few days. Upon delivery of the vehicle, Chris went over every detail of the Lexus NX200t. He was so thorough and made purchasing my Lexus as non stressful as it could possibly be. This was my second experience at the Anderson Dealership, the first being a Toyota Rav 4 lease.
