I originally was looking at a SE trim, but Jim showed me a few other options, including the XSE. I'm glad I chose the XSE trim and received a great deal on it! Jim also explained all of the safety features and technology and was professional and friendly throughout the buying experience. We really intended to keep our minivan for another year or two until our kids got a little older and no longer needed booster seats. This was all until I came across Lexus of Rockford. They had such an amazing deal on a new Lexus GX 460 that it was too hard to pass up. Their price and service were, by far,the best out of the three dealers that we had been in contact with. Everyone, from the salesmen to the general manager, was extremely helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured and were well taken care of throughout our process.
