Andy helped me the second day. He showed me other car options and helped me find the "perfect" car for me. He, like Dusty, was very personable and friendly. Today I worked with Dusty and Ben. Dusty went over the paperwork with me before he sent me to sign the paperwork with Ben. Ben was very helpful in making sure I understood the warranty and any extras that were included. He gave me multiple payment options. My car was cleaned and detailed before I left the dealership. More

He has great working knowledge of all the features and specs on the vehicles and was able to expertly answer all my questions until I was able to decide which one I wanted. He was also able to get the RX450hl in the color I wanted and with the interior color and features I wanted. After the purchase he took the time to sit with me and explain all the features on the car and helped me set them all up the way I wanted ....... Great Job Chris and much appreciated. Ben Bleed, in finance was also great to work with. He went over all of the numbers and made sure that I understood everything before signing the documents during my purchase. Our salesman Mo let us test drive at least half a dozen vehicles. we were undecided on two totally different Toyotas. They gave us a sight unseen evaluation of our trade, which I later brought in for them to evaluate and give us a fair offer. Their MFSR price was a bit higher than I liked, but we were able to finish the deal to mutual satisfaction. There was never any high pressure which we have experienced at other dealerships. Mo treated us with respect and worked with us for hours to make the sale happen. We will return and ask Mo's help with our next purchase. . More

They went out of their way to find me a Super Corolla! I've done a lot of business with this place, buying a few various used cars and sending in other people to buy new ones. Usually stopping in to drool at the new Toyota Yarii or whatever random stuff gets traded in while eating a cookie or something. But today I got to finally buy a new vehicle here, a bright blue Toyota Corolla XSE hatchback that I absolutely adore. First and foremost, Chris Beto is the man. Not just in this situation, but other times I've been there as well Chris always keeps things real and doesn't give me any stupid typical salesman BS which is why I keep going back. He's a genuine good dude. Thank you Chris. Ben Bleed in finance is also a no nonsense guy when it comes to getting stuff done. He's done many loans for me and tries to do what he can to get me a lower rate. Thanks Ben! I know on this specific deal there was also someone else involved and I'm sorry but I don't remember their name. I want to also thank Ricky Stout for going out of his way to making sure they found the perfect car for what I wanted (yes I know I'm picky... sorry!) and Bob for being fair with my trade ins as well as our previous interactions buying some of my cars and looking at the auction specials in the back row. Finally, a thank you to Ryan Corey for working with me and being more than fair with the servicing of my various vehicles. Chris Beto was our 'concierge' through this purchase and we are so happy to have been with him. Chris was informative on all of the features of all the different models we looked at. He had many recommendations and helped us feel comfortable with all the questions we had. We went back and forth on a couple models and he let us know what ones fit what we were looking for without being pushy. He definitely put his attention on making sure we were comfortable with our decision and during the purchase. After one of our test drives Matt Jensen came outside to show us some different features he uses on his Lexus. Matt also helped with getting our purchase where we were comfortable. Ben Bleed helped us with our warranties and was able to go over the great amount of services Lexus offers. Ben had answers for the many different scenarios we had questions on and was very comfortable to work with.
