I came in to trade my pick up truck for something smaller and had talked to the sales rep and told him what I was looking for. It was close to closing time and it was a little rushed but was able to make the and had talked to the sales rep and told him what I was looking for. The rear tail light on the car I traded for had no right tail lights working and now the car is in the shop gave me a loaner car and it wasn’t very easy to get because it was last minute but was able to get one and now it’s being repaired from what they told me. Terrible! Do not buy from here! I made an appointment at 12:00pm via phone and email with a vehicle picked out and ready to pay full price with cash in hand. Do not buy from here! Worse yet, the battery on the EV car was completely flat when we arrived and the car was very dirty inside and out. I helped push this car by hand over to the charging station. It's the only car I have ever pushed before I ever even drove it. This is definitely the worst car buying experience I have ever had. This should be very embarrassing for any car dealership, but no one seemed to care. Very disappointed, John More
