Was given false hope told me I was approved and let me have the car but when the told that the lender back out of the deal left me high and dryed at the dealership and did car that I was stuck there said have the car but when the told that the lender back out of the deal left me high and dryed at the dealership and did car that I was stuck there said that they had no one to bring me home but they didn't have the problem coming to get me from the easy side of the valley . Asher I never met him and they talk to women like we are good enough to be in they're world they tried to walk over me when I got a call from some girl there all she told me was they wanted to talk to me and really that wasn't the case at all they wanted my money and the car back if that was the case I had told her if they want the car back they can come and get it and then I was told before I left the I wouldn't get my down payment back well they won cause they got both and now they can pay the price for if not only that my sales rep. Was let go while my deal was in progress and no one would really talk to me left me up in the air and when I would call then no one would return calls at all . The sales rep was a total doll she was in it to help anyone and she is the best I will follow her wo where ever she may go. More

Ms. Macias was very helpful. She is quite efficient and did not waste my time or drag our business out. She made an offer, I later returned and she had all the paperwork ready.
