We contacted the dealership on a Sunday (closed). We were contacted by Bart Monday morning, let him know which truck we were interest in and set up an appointment at 5:30PM. We were able to arrive an hour early contacted him and he said that would be alright. When we arrived 15 minutes after that call, he had the truck ready and ready for us to test drive. We had a great experience at Emich. We went for one vichle and left with two. Bart was great to work with. He took time to hear our wants and ensured we fully understood both vichles. I've owned Volts, Sparks, Bolts, and Blazer EVs. All bought thru Bart. What's great about Bart is that he doesn't just sell it, and say "bye-bye". This time it's a Silverado EV, and wow, Wow, WOW All bought thru Bart. What's great about Bart is that he doesn't just sell it, and say "bye-bye". This time it's a Silverado EV, and wow, Wow, WOW, and I'm not just talking about "Wide-Open-Watts" mode. Bart makes sure I understand what I'm buying, he's pretty straight-forward, and he'll let me get excited, but he isn't afraid to tell me about the pros & cons. I bought on Tuesday, and he called me on Wednesday (his day off!) just to make sure I know what I have, and how to use it! There isn't a better salesman to be found. More
