I have to say that for some people a car buying experience is not fun to say the least. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and know that the key is trust. Barry Rosenwasser, my sales experience is not fun to say the least. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and know that the key is trust. Barry Rosenwasser, my sales consultant was wonderful and earned my trust immediatley. As a woman, some salesmen talk at you but Barry spoke to me and took into consideration all of my concerns. He let me take my time without being pushy and that is a very important trait. Barry Rosenwasser is without a doubt a very valuable asset to this dealership. Being knowledgeable of the vehicle, explaing the process to me and being patient with me made a huge impact on my final decision. Usually once you get to the finance manager this is where many people are ready to hang themselves. Barry introuced me to Derrick Brickhouse and he immediatley put my mind at ease therefore also earning my trust. Derrick assured me that he was going to work for me at getting me the best rates possible. Ironically he did. Derrick knows his stuff and worked very hard at getting me into my new Jeep Liberty.I have to thank the both of them for making my car buying experience a great one and will recommend them to everyone. Barry is a fair fai sales person that gets righ to the point. I told him what I was willing to pay for my car and he made it happen. The also give a very fair trade-in allowance.
