Had a GREAT experience at this dealership! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone there. Had a great salesman named Barry Pasqualini. I told him I was looking to lease a cross over car a moment I walked in I was greeted by everyone there. Had a great salesman named Barry Pasqualini. I told him I was looking to lease a cross over car and he brought me out 2 different cars to test drive. He showed me every feature the cars came with and the differences between the models. I test drove the Edge and Escape, and loved the Escape! I did not go to any other dealerships that day, I ended up with the Escape and I LOVE it!! Go to Stamford Ford Lincoln and ask for Barry!! More

Very happy with the service at this dealership. Barry and Mike made the entire process as "Easy Peasy" as it could get. Very happy with my new Explorer. Got exactly what I wanted in terms of interior and Mike made the entire process as "Easy Peasy" as it could get. Very happy with my new Explorer. Got exactly what I wanted in terms of interior and exterior colors (pebble stone leather/ruby red) even though it was a bit of a challenge to find this combination. Love the ride, the handling, the interior space, everything. We brought our first born home from the hospital when she was born in an Explorer and 17 years later, and we are about to send her off to college in yet another Ford Explorer. That about says it all. I had a rather horrible experience at ANOTHER dealership and just for the heck of it called Stanford ford just to see what they would have to say. At the previous dealership they told me that there was no and just for the heck of it called Stanford ford just to see what they would have to say. At the previous dealership they told me that there was no possible way to get the car I wanted within the time frame I needed it in. They told me that there was nothing out there at all. That it would take a month or more to get something in. And essentially my expectations were impossible to meet. Called Stamford ford and they had the car I wanted on lot. Barry picked up the phone and had to deal with a hysterical me, but to say that I was happy with the outcome is an understatement. Barry was knowledgable and understanding and essentially did what the other dealership claimed was "impossible". After purchasing my new ford escape Barry literally introduced me to everyone I needed to know, including who would be my service representative. Not only that but he went out of his way to find me a dealership near where I attend university and gave me contact information for ANOTHER service representative up there incase I needed it. All in all it was a great experience. Even if Stamford isn't the closest dealership to you I would suggest starting there. One of my coworkers told me to go to Stamford before going anywhere else and I didn't listen to her. Now I know better! More

I was buying my first car and just kind of browsing dealerships. Ford Lincoln immediately welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. The salesman was patient with my questions, he was extremely helpf dealerships. Ford Lincoln immediately welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. The salesman was patient with my questions, he was extremely helpful at finding me a deal, and made the entire experience so much better. When I went to pick up the car, some of the paperwork needed to be done over, the insurance company needed to be called, and I ended up spending three hours longer than intended. The employees made me so relaxed, got me the best deals (and actually managed to save me money from the original paperwork), and let me drive away relieved and satisfied. I completely recommend this deal ship to anyone who is interested in buying a car. It was a great experience! The employees will not walk away unless you are 100% satisfied, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. Everyone there was amazing! More
