I just bought my car a few months ago so this is my first experience with the service department. The advisor was nice and helpful but the experience overall has been annoying. Two hours for an oil change an experience with the service department. The advisor was nice and helpful but the experience overall has been annoying. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation even on a Saturday was a bit long for an "Express" service. Now, a thumping noise from the tires means I have to go back. I called about the thumping and have not gotten a call back now for 24 hours. The plastic piece that started coming loose from above my mirror that covers the important front sensing equipment (right after I bought my car) was "fixed" with double sided Scotch tape anyone can buy from a store. If it had worked I guess that's one thing but it fell off after I got home. I can't believe these things are happening with a Honda. This was not a great first impression to say the least. More

Customer service rep, Barry was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. Work was completely in a timely manner.
