BMW of Darien has service down to perfection. This is my sixth three year lease. Bringing the car in for required service is no problem at all. All went well except at pick-up. Dealership noticed scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. This was elevated to its Senior Manager and the Dealer concluded i scuffing on all four loaner wheels which it did not pick up at initial inspection. This was elevated to its Senior Manager and the Dealer concluded it was their oversight and I was not responsible (I wasn’t…). Nevertheless, because of dealer oversight at the initial loaner inspection (with no video), I was put through an upsetting experience. More
