The service center may be OK but your customer service is terrible. I have called and spoke to somebody three times asking for a callback never getting it. I doubt if you’ll ever see me in your service center again or ask for mobile service. Very upset with what is going on. I wish I had gone to Brandon Ford when I purchased my vehicle three years ago.
