The Service Center is great the only two complaints I have are 1. When I tell them I only want oil change stop trying to get me to do other services. 2. They had my car for 3 weeks but didn't communicate at all for the first 2 weeks. I had to call them daily and they could not give me an update. Only could say a technician was assigned. When car was finall for the first 2 weeks. I had to call them daily and they could not give me an update. Only could say a technician was assigned. When car was finally fixed total bill was over $4000 and they didn't offer any type of rebate and inly a very small discount for the lack of follow through. A rebate or some type of olive branch would have gone a long way to providing some piece of mind More

My truck spent 8 business days in your shop with nothing done. I messaged Matthew my service provider asking for updates or if it had even been in for the transmission diagnosis only to be ignored. I spent over 1,000$ in rentals just for the business days for nothing to be done. More
