Bad service I went to buy a car, I told the guy that I don't want the extra warranty on the vehicle, and only the GAP, but during the contract signing I ask him w I went to buy a car, I told the guy that I don't want the extra warranty on the vehicle, and only the GAP, but during the contract signing I ask him what the extra 2400 hundred on the contract for and he say its the title and registration fees, and pressure me to just sign it, so I did out of pressure. When I got home and review my contract I realized that he put the extra warranty on there and the 2400 was just that. They call me back about 2 week later to resign my contract because it was done on paper, and say Toyota need my electronic signature instead, When I went back to resign everything I told him to take it off and he say he can't because the contract is done already, I ask for a manager and he say there is no manager on that day, He'll send me the cancellation form for the Warranty in a couple of day to my email, will its been a little over a week and nothing yet. I going to go back on this coming Monday, because today is a weekend and cancel my warranty when there is a manager there before 30 days, thinking canceling the GAP too, because I got screw over twice., I think the finance guy just want to wait it past 30 days on my warranty. Just want to say the Sale guy Khraisat was awesome, but the finance guy is horrible. More

Pleasant Car Purchase Experience Henry asked us to make an appointment so we showed up at that time and he was with another customer. Not only did I buy a new vehicle, I also added aftermarket parts to the truck and Aws helped get it done with the friendly staff in their parts and service department. Also, working with the finance department went smooth as well. Signing papers is normally a pain, but here at Royle Moore, it went fast and painless.
