I was born and raised in Assalt, Jordan. I am the oldest of 4 siblings, graduating from high school in 1997 and then studying at Jerash University, earning a Bachelors degree in Economics. After receiving my degree, I worked for Albalqaa University in Jordan as a financial auditor for 8 years. I married Rima El Hadeed in 2006. My wife and I moved to the US in 2009 where I worked for the family business for 6 years. In 2015, I started working as a lot attendant for Royal Moore Toyota and quickly advanced to a sales associate where I continue to excel and have received top sales employee in the NW as well as in the top 1% in the United States. I was granted US citizenship in 2016. Being bilingual has been great for adapting in the United States as well as for professional advancement.

Scott is my main guy at Royal Moore and has been for so many cars before this one. This is actually car #6 for me and my family and Scott has been the one to help us all out! I never make appointments (whe many cars before this one. This is actually car #6 for me and my family and Scott has been the one to help us all out! I never make appointments (when I really should) and every single time Scott has managed to not only help me but help others at the same time. He’s a funny guy who genuinely cares and does his best to make your dreams a reality. I’m so thankful to have Scott as he is the reason I keep coming back and he will continue to be the reason I keep coming back in the future! More

Alejandro provided such a positive car buying experience. A friend sent me his way, and I’m so glad they did! He was funny, personable, easy to communicate with and find what met my needs. Even helped with a better APR than my bank and helped get me the car I truly wanted but didn’t come in looking for. He turned what’s been a stressful and unexpected two weeks of chaos and needing a new vehicle, into the highlight of my weekend! He went above and beyond in helping me get my rental returned and drove me back to the dealership so I could take my new car home. I will happily send anyone his way! The whole group were great and loved the banter and energy the team had. KCI in finance was amazing, helped me make additional decisions and was very warm and friendly. I have stayed away from dealerships due to negative past experiences with sales. My experience with Brandon was the opposite. He was patient, and kind, not pushy. The initial truck I went to look at was not what I wanted, he listened and instantly knew what would be the right fit. There was no pressure, just a simple suggestion that turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. He was also an expert in all the features and sat with me and walked me through all the features that probably would’ve taken me weeks to figure out. If or when I’m ever in the market again I will be definitely coming back to see Brandon! I will also be referring him to friends and family seeking to purchase a new vehicle.
