I learned the importance of inspecting my vehicle when it is returned after serving. The attendant did something that I never experienced in the dozens of times I visited. He parked it in front of the parts is returned after serving. The attendant did something that I never experienced in the dozens of times I visited. He parked it in front of the parts dept entrance and then walked over to me to return my keys. Later that day I noticed a significant scratch on the front bumper. I will never fall for that again. Sales Agent Nick Polytarhos & Sales Manager Jerry Peña were both were fantastic and I rate both of them at 5. Excellent service from the sales personnel and management. They made every effort to maximize any possible discounts and was comfortably negotiable on the price of the vehicle. They told me my car will be ready at a certain time in my car was ready ahead of time it had been washed and clean even the service center was nice and neat and clean. 1: Don't like that you can't schedule appts. on Saturdays. It would make it much more convenient if appts. were available. 2: No one called to tell me my car was ready, I was just told very fi on Saturdays. It would make it much more convenient if appts. were available. 2: No one called to tell me my car was ready, I was just told very firmly on Friday when I dropped my car off BE HERE BEFORE 12. Better communication between the technician and customer would be nice. 3: Although, they did end up washing my car, I had to ASK for it and still was given a vague answer if it would happen. Like they would be doing me a favor or something.That should be STANDARD when you take your car for maintenance (like it was in the good old days). 4: It would also be nice if the Cadillac service side was actually open on Saturdays, maybe the technicians on the Chevy side wouldn't have to work so hard squeezing in all the customers from Cadillac AND Chevy. 5: The indoor waiting area of the service dept. was nice and clean so that was a plus!
