When I got to the dealer, all the paperwork was prepared and ready to be signed. They took the check and I signed all the papers. There was no additional attempt or pressure to purchase any plans or services. The salesman took us out to the vehicle, it was prepped and ready to go. The salesman paired our phones and demonstrated how to use all the vehicles features. Following that, we were on our way. The overall experience was a positive one. Aside from incredible knowledge of the process of financing he was open to general conversation and made me feel he was a genuine person who enjoys his job.
