Problems but they were all resolved with a favorable outcome I only gave a 3 to the dealership, but a 5 to Austin. He is fabulous and easy to work with. Other issues with finance that have been resolved. My a I only gave a 3 to the dealership, but a 5 to Austin. He is fabulous and easy to work with. Other issues with finance that have been resolved. My advice ... know what you want your payment to be and do not budge from it. Love my Ford Escape!!! More
