We were lucky enough to get a marvelous salesman, Austin Givens. The reason he was so special is that he took the time to talk to us and he really listened. Once he found the right RAV4 Prime for us, he made sure that we were satisfied with the deal and the car. There was no pressure from him. We proceeded at our own pace and we got the car and the deal that suited us best. And then I went back to the dealership several times to have Austin show us how to use certain features of the car which we could not understand from the manual.
