Primary Issues: • Highly Unprofessional Conduct: After submitting honest feedback via a survey, I was harassed with five calls in one day from the manager, Delonte (who was unreachable during the actual sales process). When I returned the call, he began yelling at me regarding his 5% commission and repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to speak. • Predatory Accessory Markups: The dealership attempted to charge $500 for wheel locks (a 1000% markup over market value). Management became defensive and stated they felt "personally disrespected" when I questioned this cost and mentioned price-comparing with other dealers. • Logistical Failures: Communication regarding my vehicle’s delivery was poor. Despite taking a day off work based on their timeline, I wasn't notified the car was ready until 30 minutes before closing. • Withholding Documentation: I was not provided with copies of my contract or financing paperwork at the time of signing, requiring multiple follow-ups post-sale. • Internal Inconsistency: The sales staff openly criticized their own dealership's overpriced features immediately after I had to negotiate them down with management. Summary: A fair price does not excuse being yelled at or harassed by management.
