I appreciate the communication from Austin and the parts staff. I expressed my frustration since we have communicated that there is a broken plastic piece on our passenger side middle row captain chair, and staff. I expressed my frustration since we have communicated that there is a broken plastic piece on our passenger side middle row captain chair, and there was some confusion on who had taken pictures and documented a part number. Austin cleared it up, and made sure it was noted on our invoice. I hope it is taken care of on our next visit. More

Austin Carr and Brandon Alvarado were not only rude but forced me to pay a $250 diagnostic fee to tell me what I already knew, that the radio doesn’t work.
