I had an appointment on February 25th. I dropped my car off prior to the scheduled time, which was 8:30am and told therm I needed by 2:30. When I called to check on its status at 1;40, I was told by Austin that no one had even looked at my car. When I go there around 2:15, Austin informed me that because I needed to get it at 2:30, they weren’t able to look at it. Almost implying it was my fault it wasn’t looked at. Additionally, I sent an email to the Basney contact us to report my frustration and mobile reached out to me. Overall, pretty unhappy with the customer service provided. More

The repairs were timely, but the condition I received my car back was not acceptable. There were grease stains on the doors and seats. I provided this feedback to the service department.
