I was born and raised in the Quad Cities so I know what a wonderful place it is to live. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and believe first impressions are important! From the moment you drive up to the beautiful dealership, to walking inside and being greeted by the young women up front to the Service Area and the friends I have made here for over 46 years, Zimmerman Hon to walking inside and being greeted by the young women up front to the Service Area and the friends I have made here for over 46 years, Zimmerman Honda is as nearly flawless as a car dealership could ever hope to be. I have bought and/or leased cars from Zimmerman for nearly the total time I moved to the Quad Cities in 1978. I met Doug Pearsall and have bought and/or leased cars from him since then. Mark Zimmerman is a good friend and a very effective leader. My recent lease experience was just one more experience in a very long list of totally satisfying lease/purchase experiences. I had a fabulous experience purchasing my car from Zimmerman Honda, my sales expert Mike Long was super helpful! I was able to test drive a few, a couple times until I decided which vehicle I liked be Zimmerman Honda, my sales expert Mike Long was super helpful! I was able to test drive a few, a couple times until I decided which vehicle I liked best, Mike also helped me compare all the repairs and differences between the cars I was looking at. Was a super quick process once I made my decision! It was a birthday present to myself and I've been so happy with my choice! I've gone back to Zimmerman for every oil change and maintenence because they have a really great team! More
