My wife brought her van over the first time for a checkup. Then, she has had a problem with the first seat behind the driver. It would slide back and forth when a passenger was seated. They couldn’t get to it that day, so she went back, they ordered the parts, gave her a van to drive, etc. When she returned, the parts hadn’t been delivered, so she had to reschedule for another time. We were fine with that and realize it does take time. She wasn’t very happy with the lady who worked in service. I think her name may have been Debbie. She was very rude to her on both occasions. However, my wife spoke to Aubrey and perhaps his brother (Brandon) and they took care of the cost involved. We have been trading with Kia in Alcoa Hwy. ever since my daughter started driving. She was 16 and is now 28 (so around 12+ years). We think that our family including extended family have now purchased around 12 automobiles from you all. If it wasn’t for the excellent treatment we have received from Aubrey and Brandon, we would start using the other dealership for the service department. We will continue to buy or autos from your dealership, but not sure if we want to deal with “Debbie”. Thank you! More
