It’s takes 24 to 48 hours for a diagnosis and to top it off, you don’t give loaners and have to pay 40 for a rental if you have pre existing appointments which I did. The finance person sold me the silver off, you don’t give loaners and have to pay 40 for a rental if you have pre existing appointments which I did. The finance person sold me the silver car package and covered everything thing except for tires. Waiting for the diagnostic, silver care could not say if the service was covered. It ended up being an almost $400 battery which was not covered, so finance lied to me to make a sale. The package was supposed to give me piece of mind with buying a used car and it doesn’t since you don’t know if they will cover an issue. Michelle the tech was the only positive. I just purchased the car about 45 days ago and I was promised it was in prime shape. I should’ve had to purchase a new battery this soon. You should refund that!!!!! More

While we already had some issues when purchasing the car, including them adding things to the price that “could not be removed” even though they were not in the advertised price, we had way more issues when including them adding things to the price that “could not be removed” even though they were not in the advertised price, we had way more issues when it came to getting registration take of. They tried to claim we hadn’t sent them insurance papers which I was able to show I had already sent 2 weeks previous. When my wife called to check on it she refused to speak directly to her and instead just had the receptionist relay the message that she would send more paper tags which are illegal in our state now. Then I called and she basically told me this was normal to take multiple months to get registration taken care of and tried to blame me by saying the insurance paperwork had the info buried on the 7th page of the insurance documents. 1st even if that were true I paid almost 1000 dollars in document fees for them to do the paperwork so if she can’t even be bothered to read seven pages what was I paying for but 2nd the info she needed was in bold on page two and when I told her this she just said well it’s getting done and basically shooed me off the phone. This was some of the most unprofessional dealings I’ve had with a real business and I would not recommend anyone buy a car from them. Although their sales guy was awesome he should go to a place that values customers and takes care of them instead of doing everything to take advantage of them. More
