Daniel was exceptional in addressing all of my concerns. He truly listened to what we wanted and what was important to us, especially my focus on safety. Impressively, he showed us a car that we hadn’t expected to see that turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Daniel was patient, informative and never pushy. His genuine care and willingness to spend time with us made the buying process smooth and comfortable. DJ, their finance manager, had a no nonsense approach to explaining the numbers that we appreciated. He explained everything in clear, easy to understand terms. Together with Daniel, they were able to help us get a lower interest rate than our pre-approved loan from our bank which was a great benefit.
