Why do I have to give one star?NO STARS should be a given option. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Their pretty new building is THE ONLY THING about this dealer that is good. They will NOT negot option. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! Their pretty new building is THE ONLY THING about this dealer that is good. They will NOT negotiate once they give you their price. Apparently they think a spoken price is the agreed upon price and you take it or they WILL let you walk out the door. Not even TRY to close a deal that day or the following day with communication. Have you ever heard of a car dealer "ghosting" a potential customer? Putting you on phone hold and never come back? Sales Manager, Scott Cramer never calling back when promised? Again, why do I have to give this guy a star of any sort? If one customer gives ONE REVIEW that says there was a theft in their car while being serviced, it should be the one and only such review. There isn't only one, meaning like everything there, it's NOT about the customer, ONLY about THEM. I was NOT a difficult potential customer to be treated like this. What I learned from car reviews, read THE BAD ONES first (wish I would have done that for this dealeship) because they are probably more truthful then the good ones. More
