We went into the dealership after having looked around elsewhere and were greeted and treated differently from the start in a welcoming and genuine fashion. The salesperson, JD, listened to what we were elsewhere and were greeted and treated differently from the start in a welcoming and genuine fashion. The salesperson, JD, listened to what we were looking for and had just the Elantra in mind to meet our needs - so we took it for a test drive. He got us into the low mileage 2021 Elantra SEL and ensured we were well taken care of throughout the whole process in a very short period of time - even ensuring that a small chip in the windshield was repaired before we took delivery. Jeffery in finance was also thorough and efficient. It was a great experience start to finish! Also, when interacting with my service advisor, Ashleigh, for scheduled services she has always been pleasant and efficient to work with to get done what I’ve needed done - from getting me checked in to arranging transportation while waiting, to reviewing what has been done and getting me on my way. More

Any dealership can sell cars. However, service is the mark of a well run business. The service Dept at LHM Hyundai is superb. We own our 3rd Genesis purchased there and a Kona pur However, service is the mark of a well run business. The service Dept at LHM Hyundai is superb. We own our 3rd Genesis purchased there and a Kona purchased with a granddaughter All Genesis were purchased at LHM and the service has been excellent. The Kona on the other hand came from a different dealership and for 2 years we fought to get things done, even discussing w/the service manager, and some were never taken care of yet the charges were over the top for work not completed. Then we made the decision to go to LHM even though it was much further away from where she lives and amazingly all issues were addressed with no problem and with such great, helpful attitudes. Our service advisors are the tops. So, if you want a great vehicle, go to Larry Miller Hyundai on Bell RD in Phoenix. If you want the best service, go to Larry Miller Hyundai on Bell Rd in Phoenix. When I arrive there I had to wait 10 minutes in the service line, that wasn't the problem. After 10 minutes of waiting, another car pulled up behind me. Service writer was great! Ashlee I think. I told her my phone went right to voicemail on Fridays so when my car was ready, she just sent me a text instead which was perfect Ashlee I think.
