Dropped off our 2022 Tucson for service, Fan motor vibration and noise at all fan speeds. The service advisor seemed distant and indifferent to our concerns. On Day two we were not able to get someon vibration and noise at all fan speeds. The service advisor seemed distant and indifferent to our concerns. On Day two we were not able to get someone on the phone in regards to our repair. On day 3, we received a text from our advisor, Ashleigh Ray, stating that the Cabin air filter was dirty and recommended replacement, we agreed to have it replaced. We tried calling her on her cell as she requested. No answer and the voice mail was full so we couldn't leave a message. We wanted to know what was the issue with the Fan Motor discrepancy. Eventually we received another text later that day saying the vehicle was ready. When we arrived I asked her what was the issue with the loud noises/vibrations from the Fan motor? She said that it was a large amount of debris that was interfering with the motor. She could not explain how a large amount of debris got past the cabin air filter/as well as the air intake filter and into the motor. Her answer didn't make any sense. Since the vehicle was in her shop the month prior, a tech looked at those same filters and did not recommend any maintenance at that time. The vibration and noise started after that particular service. We would have been happy if she just said that a previous Tech had miss aligned the assembly and now it has been corrected. Hopefully her next customers will receive truthful explanations. More

Quick fix of three Hyuandai recalls on my 2017 Sonata. Just scheduled an appointment, dropped it off, and picked it up a few hours later. The dealership is great, Hyundai Corporation not so great. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated when I last visited the service department on March 10th. I had taken a day off work because Alexandria told me to bring it in at 1pm. I was next in line last visited the service department on March 10th. I had taken a day off work because Alexandria told me to bring it in at 1pm. I was next in line when other cars that came in after me were taken care of. When someone finally came over to me they asked me what my problem was and I told her my engine light came on a couple of days ago and it was still on. Alexandria told me to bring it in so they can look at it. She said I could leave my car and they will look at it on Monday. I told her I couldn't leave my car that long and had other things to do. She was very rude when she told me there were 10 other cars ahead of me. Then why did they give me a 1 pm appointment? I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years and have never been treated so badly. At this point I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and I think it's time to find another dealership for myself. More
