Was not happy with the service for my end of lease on my car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. There are about 5-6 people that stan car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. This was my second car from this dealership,I had great service for my first car but the last 4 years have not been good. I will not be buying from Subaru again. The service department is great. Friendly, financing slow. Offers good,but too much pushing. Detailing of car could have been better. Dog hair in spare tire compartment and one head rest not cleaned. They were good at getting finding me a vehicle and helping sell mine. Poor communication on a loaner, was guaranteed one but then told I had to use my insurance last minute, (my insurance would not helping sell mine. Jacob is unreasonable and petty. A simple miscommunication became a large issue when Jacob would not return my deposit after my co-buyer decided not to sign the purchase agreement. Literally had not put the deal through nor signed all the paperwork and he says the voluntary deposit I made to lower the overall cost is now non refundable. Would not recommend working with dealership on the sole basis of the GM. More
