I had written a review and am now changing/amending it. Apparently their computer system is bass-ackwards and their different que's are set up in such a way that Andrew, my sales rep, did not see them. Ultimately it was NOT HIS fault. I still feel someone should have seen my email. I had a subject line asking to please forward to my sales representative and naming him. For whatever reason, it did not get to him, even with that identified. My questions are being worked on. Andrew, himself, was on top of everything (when he knew about it LOL), kept in constant contact with me, never let any time pass without keeping me abreast of what was going on etc. I walked in with a request from them to come in to have my car looked at cuz they were having a used car event. I honestly did NOT think I would walk out of there with another car. Honestly...I didn't. The ONLY way I could do it and get what I would want was if certain things would be done I told Andrew what they were. I said, if you can't do these things, let's not bother or waste either of our time. He hauled butt and pulled it off. I now have my big girl car instead of the mommy mobile again. After over 27 years of driving minivans, I wanted a big girl car so I graduated to a SUV. I still have the room for kids but I have my 4 wheel drive for New England driving and my big girl car. So, I have to give Andrew 100 stars for pulling that off and giving me my big girl car! More

Both employees I met with when purchasing my vehicle Derek in sales and Lucy in financing were helpful in working with me to make my purchase successful. They also made sure I was comfortable during my time there offering beverages etc. After leaving the dealership I had some questions about my purchase that I was confused about which caused me some unnecessary stress - but Derek maintained open communication, even responding after hours/his day off to provide me with a peace of mind. He made sure to follow up with me on the subject when I seen him in person the following day as well which made me feel as though my concerns were being heard. More
