Ashish gets a glowing review from me. He is responsive, knowledgeable, patient, professional, and polite. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Casey is great too! As for Crown Hyundai overall I gave a 4 because I think the Service Center could use some enhancement with customer service. It’s a nightmare working with them and they don’t seem to communicate well with the collision center. For days I was asking for an update on my vehicle, which I thought was at the service center, and then after some back and forth, the service center finally explained that the collision center doesn’t work with them directly so they have to “ask.” I had to be the one to ask for the collision centers number just to eliminate the middle man. Seems more staff is needed in service and maybe some customer support training because it would save customers time if there’s better communication and transparency. More

When we stepped out of the car, we were met by a salesman Amish, who quickly got us on our way for looking for a vehicle. He was nice considerate and very knowledgeable with answering questions.
