Horror experience morphed into good I asked for Tim T. to show me a car. He was busy and introduced me to Jaclyn S. She showed me a GLA 250 and later Tim showed me a GLC 300. I was unsur I asked for Tim T. to show me a car. He was busy and introduced me to Jaclyn S. She showed me a GLA 250 and later Tim showed me a GLC 300. I was unsure of which one to get. I had thought the 250 would be a good fit. However I was still unsure, Jaclyn' tone and attitude were unresoectful and she seemed upset, I asked if she was ok. I felt I was not doing ehat she expected and that made ger angrier. I took about 3 minutes thinking i would prefer the GKC 399. When I told her she went crazy on me, she slamed both palms of her hands on the table and stared directly at me in a menacing way saying " well, are you getting a car or not, WHICH ONE! " . At that point I felt insulted and attacked and WAS NOT buying anything to this Unstable, rude and intimidating person. I thought, how can this be a sales person to myself. I asked her to please get Tim because I would conduct no businrss with her. I was about to step out. The other MB dealership sakes people were nicer and did not insult me. Tim came back and saved the deal. He took his time to explain ( 15 minutes) and for me to be comfortable with my decision. Mike S. was there as well and helped to give me a good deal. At the end Arturo finished the sale with me. His attitude was great. He mademe laugh at the end. What was looking ti be a horror story with Jaclyn ended up as ok. Jody did the delivery service and she is a star! She is knowledgeable and ver sweet, Great service from her. Antonio gave me a second round of the car's media operation and he was wonderful as well. As a whole MB of the W has winderful service. If a friend asked me if I would recommend MB of the Woodlands I would say yes but beware; go with Tim or Mike and AVOID Jaclyn S. at all cost. More

A breath of fresh air to deal with these poeple Went in with a pretty good deal set up by my credit card company. If you get a chance to schedule oyur visit, ask for him. He was so thoughrough in explaining all the car had to offer (E350W in our case). We left knowing everything, no excuses for us. More

An Exceptional buying experience from an Exceptional Team Last July I decided to upgrade my wife’s 2008 C300 to a 2013 E350. I test drove several E350s here and the dealership down the street. I previously bo Last July I decided to upgrade my wife’s 2008 C300 to a 2013 E350. I test drove several E350s here and the dealership down the street. I previously bought 3 Mercedes from the other dealership and wanted to give them a fair chance. Although the vehicles at both places were superb, I thought the size of the vehicle was not a good fit for my wife. I decided to buy her a brand new C300 instead of the used E350. While at the dealership down the street I mentioned this to the salesman (John Nguyen) after test driving the 2013 E350. He told me that I would not be interested in the new C300 because they had 4 cylinder engines. I was shocked at his statement since (1) I am the customer (2) the new vehicle was about $12,000 more than the used E350. I thanked him for his time and went to Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. I arrived at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands and was warmly greeted by Nick Botusan. He was very professional, yet very personable. I test drove the 2013 E350s there just to reassure my decision to go with the new C300. Afterwards Nick showed me several new C300s with a variety of colors and packages. I settled on one and started the negation phase of the purchase. This was an absolutely “no pressure” purchase. Nick continued to make sure that I was satisfied with each step of the purchase process. He promptly answered all my questions and concerns. During the negation I was introduced to the General Sales Manager Joe Drago, who was instrumental in reaching an agreeable purchase price. I then had the pleasure of meeting Finance Manager Arturo Gutierrez who worked hard finding an excellent finance rate that beat my credit union. Again I have to say that all these gentlemen catered to my needs and gave me a feeling of confidence that I made a solid deal. BTW, after six months of driving her new C300, my wife is really happy with the new design. I will continue to refer customers to Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands sales and service departments. One quick note: I have dealt with Service Manager Anthony Walding for many years and was happy to see him join the TEAM. More

I am 4 hours away one way, it was a long day that day but a very well worth it day. I am a very proud and happy owner of a purchase from Kris and his very enthusiastic team did assist with for my much dreaded but very happy ending car buying experience. More
