Didn't really have much intentions of purchasing but reached out anyways...and was engaged by to Marcos Morales. Marcos was such a pleasure to converse with...a true top professional and representative of Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands. Because of his attentiveness and professionalism we were able to get a deal completed (believe me when I say that he worked extremely hard for me). Also, Arturo Gutierrez (finance) secured me a loan with rates FAR SUPERIOR to that of my credit union. They even accepted my trade-in (offering a very fair price) even though I reside out of state! In the end, I received a great price on an incredible car without any of the drama that normally accompanies a buying experience. Buying a car "sight unseen" is always a bit risky...but I can attest that both the team and the dealership are worthy of the Mercedes name. They have now earned a forever client, even though I live 1500 miles away. THANK YOU! More

Marcos has excellent communication skills and even shared video updates on the process as a few cosmetic updates were handled on our vehicle prior to purchasing.  Also special thanks to Justin Johnson who helped ensure our vehicle was in tip top shape before we took it off the lot.
