I am happy with the X5 and with Arthur, my sales rep. , however was disappointed with the $299 nitrogen air charge which we all know is nonsense. I also did not appreciate the way the finance manager tri , however was disappointed with the $299 nitrogen air charge which we all know is nonsense. I also did not appreciate the way the finance manager tried to get me to agree to an over inflated intrest rate. When I got him down to a fair interest interest rate, he then tried to sell me on an inflated extended warranty to the tune of $8K. I understand we all have to make a living, but taking advantage of customers is not the way. More
