I bought my GLB 2021 model from Princeton Mercedes. The entire process was very smooth and hassle free. Arno wqs my sales specilist, he handled all my questions and answered very professionaly. Arno also handled the financing part of the sales as well, this is a great service from this dealership that you deal with the same person througout the car buying process and do not get shuttled between different departments to get the car out. Robert John Lisi explained all the technicalities with car, being a first time Benz owner, it was important for me to understand the features and Robert was extremely pleaseant and helpful. Robert was very passoonate about Benz and even shared stories about his own Benz experience and tips and tricks. Thank you very much to bith of you for making the experience a pleasant one. More
