I only came into the dealership to look arounds and next thing I knew, Arno had me realizing a dream coming true that I wasn't even aware that I had. It was like talking with a caring family member. When my GLA arrived after not too long, it far exceeded my expectations in looks, style, comfort and experience. I'm glad I trusted him with my decision to purchase this car. I know it will be a decision I will not regret. Additionally Robert spent quite a bit of time with me going over the features of the car, and ensuring I was ready to drive away familiar with the features most important to me activated in the car as well as knowing how to change anything I wanted set up differently.
