I have a couple of Mitsubishi Monteros and I have been taking them to Universal Mitsubishi for years even though the location is far from where I live, because of the expertise and professionalism of Paul taking them to Universal Mitsubishi for years even though the location is far from where I live, because of the expertise and professionalism of Paul and his team at the Service Department. Paul really knows these cars and has always been very helpful in resolving any issues I have had. While other shops normally try to sell you everything under the sun including things you don’t need, Paul works with the customer and offers solutions and advice pertinent to the problem at hand. And the prices are very reasonable and competitive. In these days having such a trustworthy mechanic is a blessing. The dealership itself is also very welcoming.
