48 hour minimum hold time for diagnostic is unheard of, anywhere outside this dealership. . Furthermore, 6 weeks plus for a part along with “repairs” that aren’t repaired, TPS not repaired. Tires not rota anywhere outside this dealership. . Furthermore, 6 weeks plus for a part along with “repairs” that aren’t repaired, TPS not repaired. Tires not rotated as asked, add a rental you gave me makes NO financial sense. Mind you the lack of communication form both your service advisor and service manager is just absolutely asinine. Just in overall a horrid experience and I will NEVER go back here again. Had to call FCA corporate to resolve my issues, which they did. More

I would love too acknowledge all staff at how amazing and polite everyone is! Every time I come too this dealer I leave with a smile from cheek to cheek! The worst experience ever. It took me over a month to schedule an appointment just to drop off the vehicle. I decided to call a week later after vehicle was dropped off becaus It took me over a month to schedule an appointment just to drop off the vehicle. I decided to call a week later after vehicle was dropped off because I had not heard anything from the dealer or service person to find out my vehicle wasn’t even looked at (mind you, this is my working vehicle). Not only they took almost 2 months to have ready but they probably have the worst customer service skills I’ve ever seeing. I got tired of calling day after day asking just to speak with some one and decided to drive 45 minutes to their location. The Director of the service department tells me not to worry that he will help me with this, to find out he will later do the same and not answer phone calls or return them. I’m a very patient person and I found it extremely unprofessional how this whole thing was handle, long story short DO NOT take your car this dealer to get fix unless you want to deal with the hassle.
