It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I was extremely nervous at first because I had no clue what to expect. Ray Furslew approached me and made my car buying experience a lot easier than I had expected. He really took the time to help me out deciding what I wanted and even gave me a great deal. You can tell he really cares for how you feel instead of trying to grab your wallet. Ray also skipped eating his lunch just to help me out. I felt really bad and told him it is completely fine if he ate his lunch in front of me, but he insisted on making sure he was completely dedicated to helping me out. I had to finalize my payment with Armando Lopez, who also made this experience a lot easier. He took the time to explain to me just about everything that was being processed. I also felt like he was trying to give me a good deal instead of just trying to take my money. Overall, I was completely satisfied with this dealership. I am thankful for their patience and guidance through this process. I recommend it to anybody thinking about purchasing a vehicle! More

She was very helpful in making my decision. The next step was coming into the dealership . I spoke with Phil Holmes. And I told him the financial specifics and what I was looking for, Before I knew it I was test driving the car I first saw on the website.. I was dreading the next step.....financing. Off to Armondo in finance who was fantastic and also a pleasure to deal with .He was able to get me a great rate and stay within my payment request. During this process I also spoke with Frank and Ron who both answered questions about my vehicle and we're both so professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and am very happy with my 2012 Honda Accord. More

Scott Wendling was My family and I have been leasing cars with DCH Kay Honda since 2003/2004. The entire process was seamless. It has always been so! Scott Wendling was our sales man. He was helpful and upfront. Our son, who is 5 years old, was also with us. Scott is family friendly, and was engaging with our son! Scott was our salesman with our previous lease, so it was nice to know that he was still available! Everyone has always made us feel comfortable. They treat you professionally, but there is an added touch of feeling like "family". And that speaks volumes. Specifically, our son's name was remembered by Scott and Pat Connelly who works in the finance Office. It was 3 years prior, and they remembered his "name". That was exciting for our son, and we were impressed. Overall, the experience was great. We were pleased from start to finish. Scott answered all of our questions, and helped us become acclimated with the car's newer features. We can't forget to mention Armando Lopez. He was great too! He too, was very family friendly! We cannot thank DCH Kay Honda enough! More

Our sales rep was Paul Kittner, who is professional, trustworthy, and extremely helpful. Likewise the management and all the other staff. I only wish it were time already to buy another car in my family or circle of friends, since I so much look forward to getting the next car at Kay Honda. My impression has been that Kay Honda employees truly want to see the customer leave happy with their purchase. Paul, Justin, Adrian, and the others went above and beyond what might have been expected in our case, and I truly appreciate their work. Thanks again!! Finally someone conversed with me as an equal instead of talking down to me because of my being a woman over 60. I never felt pressured to spend anymore than I had planned, and Steve directed me to exactly the car I was looking for. I also appreciated the polite way he asked if he could try saving me money on financing, and luckily for me, he was able to. Definitely a salesperson who knows how to listen to a customer. I also want to acknowledge the employee who worked on my financing, Armando Lopez for being very efficient and a pleasure to work with. More

Excellent experience! I had an excellent overall experience at this dealership. My sales associate was Ron Marino. He is excellent. If you are going to buy a new Honda f I had an excellent overall experience at this dealership. My sales associate was Ron Marino. He is excellent. If you are going to buy a new Honda from Kay Honda, ask for Ron. You won't be sorry! He's terrific! The only negative was that I wound up signing for Security Theft Protection. Ron had nothing to do with the preparation of the sales documents. It was included without my knowledge on the sales contract and I didn't catch it before I signed. My fault! Next time do a better job reading every document before you sign. More
