Ive purchased at least 10 new cars in my lifetime, and I recently bought my Honda CRV from DCH Kay in Eatontown....my salesman was George Kourmouzis. Ive purchased at least 10 new cars in my lifetime, and this was the best experience Ive had. Starting from the very early stage when I was just looking to see what car I wanted--George never pestered me. In fact, he said "I wont even take your name or number until you're interested in buying a Honda." That went a long way and was very different from most of the salespeople I met at other car dealerships I visited (Im still getting calls from them!) When it came time to buy the car, it was a relatively smooth transaction--no waiting hours for the manager to play games to approve the deals, no run-around with trade-in and financing. He gave me the price, we negotiated, and it was approved in about 10 mins. And the service manager, Armando, was equally easy and professional to deal with. Transaction went as smooth as I could have wanted, quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this dealership and George Kourmouzis! More
