Due to an accident my Daughter was involved in, her Insurance Co. gave her only 3 days to obtain a new car. Even though my Daughter lives over an hour away I only wanted to work with Scott at DCH Honda who I've worked with in the past. I called Scott and explained our situation. He immediately touched base with my Daughter and they were able to choose a car from the DCH site. We put an application in over the site and Armando was able to work on getting an approval. Within 24 hours from my initial call my Daughter had a new which se absolutely loves. Thank you both for getting us a great deal on a great car and making the process painless. More

When it was time to negotiate pricing Ron had made me a better offer and sealed the deal. I am not always that easy but Ron made it that way. It was a pleasure meeting him and will meet again when the time comes for my next families purchase, which will be soon but the wife doesn't know just yet..... There are others at DCH that would offer their time but take your time to find Ron for your next experience with car buying. It was worth mine. More

Friendly, professional, timely and rewarding I received a phone call yesterday from Scott regarding my leased Civic Accord that was due to be turned in a few months from now. He asked if I wanted to come in and end my lease early and go into a 2018 new Honda Civic. I agreed and met with Scott. I was very impressed as he had done his homework and had everything ready for me when I arrived. The first thing we did was go for a test drive which is always fun. After that all papers that needed my signature had been printed and the process ran very smoothly. I met with Pat Connelly from Finance who expedited everything and explained my options for my new vehicle. I think this was the best combination of sales and finance that I have ever experienced. I felt appreciated as a loyal Kay Honda customer and was treated very well. I would certainly recommend Scott to my friends and family looking to lease or buy a new car.
