Coz and Ray were able to meet our out of pocket and monthly payment criteria on the CR-V and dispose of our Pilot with the dealership taking care of the last payment and disposition fee. We felt that we got a fair deal on the new CR-V with only a small amount of negotiation. All in all it was a pleasant and stress free experience. I called Mark Kamatoy inquiring about the car and he responded within minutes and was able to secure and get approved a deal that I thought was fair and competitive. Dayna Gall was the salesperson that handled the delivery and her efficiency and pleasant demeanor made the experience quite pleasant. She promised me the entire process would only take 2 hours and she delivered on that promise. She was knowledgeable and was able to explain all the features of the car so that I was quite comfortable. Even the financing was easy.
