Paperwork was done in less than an hour, and this is on Labor Day, when everything is closed and everyone is home. Top notch client satisfaction experience, couldn't wish for more. BTW, love my 2019 Pilot, a great car from a great place at a very attractive price. They also did a few follow-ups to make sure I am well taken care of.
