I've been a honda customer for nine years. This was my first time purchasing from DCH Kay Honda and I had a very good experience. I inquired about a lease offer I saw online. Lou discussed the offer with first time purchasing from DCH Kay Honda and I had a very good experience. I inquired about a lease offer I saw online. Lou discussed the offer with me and offered a test drive. He was professional, polite and very patient with me. His manager was helpful and made the process as quick as possible. I came in at 1:30pm and drove off the lot in my new car around 4:30pm. The offer we discussed was the amount I actually paid as opposed to last minute hidden fees. Armando in the financial department explained in detail all of the associated paperwork. I really appreciate the dealers being transparent and breaking down the cost so I knew exactly what I was paying for. More
