I specifically made an appointment with Eric based on his past reviews on DealerRater. Thank god I did because the experience was exceptional. Eric called me before my appointment date to see if we can work on a deal over the phone. He was nervous the car might be sold before my appointment date. Eric was very patient, knowledgeable, super friendly, professional and overall an outstanding salesman. Everything was straight to the point - no games or tactics. - just honest service.
