Dalton Farris made buying a new car as easy as could be. Showed me all the options for the vehicle and filled out all the paperwork -and there is a lot of that. Bob was fantastic to work with! My husband spoke with him the day before we purchased the vehicle. He showed us both vehicles we were considering and answered any additional questions we had. He included all three of us, even our 10 year old son, in every step. Would highly recommend requesting him to work with! We also spoke with Anthony Brinker for financing. He also spoke with us the day prior, he got us approved and even got us a better warranty for our money. He knew we had a budget and helped us stick as close to it as possible. He was so friendly and efficient. He explained everything to us and had us signing papers and out of there quickly! He also engaged in conversation with both of us and our son. Once the paperwork was finished we went to Arlene Baca for help in setting up all the technical stuff in our car. She was so helpful! I would have never figured it all out. Bob put me at ease, promptly reviewing the vehicle I was interested in. He was patient and comfortable to be around for a test drive and pre sale info. Never pushy which I really appreciated. Bob took good care of my wants and was great at waiting for me to get whatever additional info I needed to close a deal. He introduced me to Arlene Baca who helped graciously setting up all the new technologies I was unfamiliar with. She was reassuring and helpful in setting up everything in the vehicle with my phone. All new to me and Arlene was calm and patient working with me. Bob took me around the dealership and gave me all kinds of information to familiarize me with the dealership.
