The selling process was amazing! From the constant contact and dealing with Aquiles and management. The downside came with the Finance Manager who had the worst attitude the entire p From the constant contact and dealing with Aquiles and management. He would throw a tantrum by raising his hands in the air ranting how he knew how to deal with me every time I would deny an offer he had. I think his name was Juseff. The experience I had leading up to picking up my 2020 Accord was great they were super helpful in preparing the paperwork for me. However once I left with the vehicle I realized it needed an alignment wh Accord was great they were super helpful in preparing the paperwork for me. However once I left with the vehicle I realized it needed an alignment which I wasn't super worried about since I work at a shop. I have had the car for about 2 months now and after being made to buy a 4500 warranty on to of the one already included in the price of the vehicle I still have yet to receive my metal license plate or any paperwork about the 4500 warranty I was made to buy. And every time I have called to ask about it they tell me they will call me back.....I have not received said call as of yet. Loved the sales guy hate the treatment after purchase. More
