Made an appointment for 130pm. Showed up 10 minutes early. Car wasn’t ready till 430. Upon leaving I noticed a strange sound my car has never made before. I turned back around inst Showed up 10 minutes early. Car wasn’t ready till 430. Upon leaving I noticed a strange sound my car has never made before. I turned back around instantly. I told them about the issue. 1 hour and 10 minutes later the car was fixed. The sound appeared to be coming from the rear view mirror mount. My issue is I came in for service, and my rear view mirror had nothing to do with the service…. So I don’t know why the mechanics even touched that area. On top of that, there were numerous dirty hand marks from the mechanics all over the cab of the vehicle, and they didn’t even bother to clean up there mess. Thomas was the gentleman in the service department who helped me on 12-30-2024 and he was polite and pleasant. My issue is with your mechanics and the appointment service, why did I even make an appointment? All in all I spent 5 hrs in the lobby to get my car serviced. And the mechanics left my car full of dirty hand prints and smudges all over my wildshield and windows. Zero starts for the service. 4 stars for Thomas. More
