We were greeted by Casey, who took time to listen to us and honestly answered my questions. We felt respected as potential customers, not pressured at all. Casey was honest and knowledgeable, he helped us choose the car that met our needs. He was friendly and courteous. We ended up buying a Honda Accord 2016 with extras at a really good price. I really enjoy the "one simple price" and that I know I'm getting the best deal available on the lot. My family has made many purchases with Howard Shorter and my experience with him explains why. I was able to view all of the options throughout the lot and I was never made to feel as though I was wasting anyone's time, because Howard really does want to make sure you get in the right car for you at the right price for you. Test-driving multiple vehicles, waffling between different price ranges and models, etc - Howard wanted to make sure that I got what I needed for my price range and I truly appreciated that. Antonio was also really great to deal with in Finance - he was helpful in explaining things to me in laymen's terms, since I am brand new to the car-buying game! I appreciated his willingness to repeat himself and explain in different ways to make sure I understood what I was signing up for. More

In general, the entire process was very enjoyable which is something that doesn't happen very often when buying a vehicle. Cameron was my serviceman for many years before he moved to finance.
